Payment Options
Natchez Trace Electric Power Association (NTEPA) offers several options to pay your bill.
Online Payments
Use our mobile app or web portal to pay your bill online, or to sign up for recurring payments. You can also use this feature to view your electric usage and billing statements.

Note
A small fee ($3.50 for cards, or $1.95 for electronic checks) will be applied to cover the payment processing. Recurring ACH payments are processed at no cost.

In Person
Visit any of our offices to make an in-person payment using cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card. All offices can be accessed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Billing Options
Levelized Billing
Levelized billing calculates a monthly amount to pay based on your average consumption over the previous 12 months. With this option, your billing will be more predictable from month to month. Sign-up is available in March, April, October, and November. You must be active at your location for a full month to apply.
Fixed Billing Dates for Social Security Recipients
NTEPA offers bill date flexibility to residential members on fixed incomes. You can change the bill date on your account to either the 9th or the 27th, to select a date more in line with when you receive your monthly benefit. Bring proof of social security enrollment to your local office to get signed up.

Residential daily usage is available through our member portal. Sign up today to stay on top of your daily energy demand.
Electronic Bill Delivery
As much as we try, we can’t control the mail. You have the option to enroll in electronic statement delivery through our member portal. Paperless billing is fast, easy, secure, and convenient. It also helps your cooperative save money and reduce waste.
