- ✓ Age Group: Children in Kindergarten to 3rd grade.
- ✓ Membership: Dependents of an NTEPA Member.
- ✓ Location: Must live within the Natchez Trace EPA service area.
- ✓ Originality: Created solely by the child.
- ✓ Materials: Standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper and hand-drawn supplies.
