Good Neighbors is a volunteer program designed to help – on a one-time basis – families who fall on hard times and need help paying their electric bill.
Natchez Trace Electric Power Association (NTEPA) members voluntarily agree to add at least $1 per month to their electric bill as a contribution to this worthy cause. NTEPA collects and Community Action agencies administer this fund at no charge.
